This specific therapy has two main types and they are:
¾     Wet cupping- this technique uses suction or pressure and controlled therapeutic bleeding. In this procedure, substances commonly used are herbs, alcohol and paper. These substances are placed inside the cup and fire will be created. Cups will be placed on the skin in a rotating manner while fire verves out.
¾     Dry cupping- this procedure only involves suction or pressure of the skin for about 3-5 minutes.
